COMES IN A BROWN OUTER SLEEVE WHICH WAS SIGNED BY DEE DEE HERSELF! The full message reads 'To David, Very best of luck. Love ya! Dee Warwick". We have provided a picture. The sleeve also carries a typed catalog sticker, so this copy possibly came from a radio station (which Dee Dee would have visited).
