DEEP PURPLE - "BURN" - VINYL LP

PURPLE - TPS 3505 - 1974 - UK 1st Press A-1U/B-1U

Genuine 1st UK pressing with A1U/B1U matrix. 'PORKY/MEL/TRISH/PECKO' etchings and 'The Gramophone Co Ltd' rim text on both sides - 8 tracks - see photo for full listing

The mothers/stampers indicate a very early copy from the first pressing run:   1 GR / 1 GG

These early 'Gramophone' copies are very hard to find as the label text switched to 'EMI Records Ltd' during manufacture.

CONDITION (vinyl/cover) 

EX (super copy with labels showing light play only and surface with just some light wear and very light hairlines from sleeve removal that don't affect play; I played the album in full and can confirm the audio is superb throughout - clean, clear and very close to perfect)

/ EX (1st pressing cover with '7401' date code and title written both on spine & top edge; this is a great example showing very light wear only - no significant creases, no splits, no tears, no writing; little bit of crushing to bottom corner of spine, otherwise sharp unworn edges and flat bright surfaces showing only the lightest shelfwear)
