Featuring what was a very early lineup of the band with Rod Evans on vocals, Ritchie Blackmore on guitar, Jon Lord on keyboards, Nicky Simper on bass and Ian Paice on drums. (Pre-Ian Gillian on vocals and Roger Glover on bass.) On original Tetragrammaton Records label with "Contains the Hit Single Kentucky Woman" sticker. Shrink wrap completely intact.
