DEEP PURPLE Fireball FINLAND 1971 Harvest SHVL 793


This is one of the odd Finnish pressings: the label says "Made in Gt. Britain" because nobody in the Finnish EMI bothered to correct it. The typography, however, is again typical Finnish EMI and different to all UK pressings, The band name, for example, is on two lines. And again, the "P 1971" is without the ring surrounding the P for Published.
The label is a little bit thin and transparent. See also the matrix numbers below.


Condition of the record : EX, plays fine, some very faint hairlines.

Condition of the sleeve : a very nice VG++ but a 1 cm tear in the opening and some wear on seams.
The sleeve is original textured 1st press Garrod and Lofthouse UK gatefold, as in many early Nordic pressings.
