Description

Deep Purple  are an English rock band formed in Hertfordshire in 1968. Along with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, they are considered to be among the pioneers of heavy metal and modern hard rock although some band members have tried not to label themselves any one genre. The band have also incorporated pop and progressive rock elements. They were once listed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's loudest band, and it has sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Deep Purple was ranked #22 on VH1's Greatest Artists of Hard Rock program.

Deep Purple in Rock  (also known as In Rock) is an album by English rock band Deep Purple, released in June 1970. It was their fourth studio album, and the first with the classic Mk II lineup. Deep Purple in Rock was their breakthrough album in Europe and would peak at #4

in the UK, remaining in the charts for months.

This then is the excellent 1970 ( 1995  Anniversary Edition )  Black Sabbath double gatefold album entitled  " In Rock "  It is  recorded on the EMI Harvest label No DEEPP 11. This album is very carefully described as follows: 

ALBUMS   Both albums are graded as in Excellent + condition with  very light marks on the surface only.  ( Seen under very strong light ).        ( PURPLE VINYL )        

LABELS    labels are in pristine condition with no stains or marks seen.    INNERS  contains the original poster information inners, in excellent condition.   COVER    this album cover is in very good + condition with very light edge wear and very light corner scuffs.  It has a few marks to the front cover.  It has the original Anniversary front cover sticker with the Signatures of all the band members, slightly erased to one edge. ( Believe signatures were factory copied, not original signatures of  the band members )   SPINE  is in excellent condition.   RECORD CONDITIONS   NEAR MINT   The very lightest of marks on the Playing surface.   EXCELLENT   Very light marks on the playing surface.   VERY GOOD   Light marks and some light scratches on the playing surface.   GOOD ONLY   Many light marks and many light scratches on the playing surface.   All records will be sent in a protective polythene record cover. The records will be posted in bespoke record packaging, with an additional stiffener.   I will give good postage reductions for multiple sales.
