Searching the Ebay 'sold' listings will reveal a copy that I would consider to be of almost equal quality and condition to mine (in fact, it was a later pressing!), selling for £245 within the last 2 months.
I have for sale a very rare copy of Deep Purple - In Rock LP on 12" vinyl.
This is the ORIGINAL and 100% genuine 1st UK pressing on Harvest records (1970), cat no. SHVL 777. Full grading details are described below, but I can tell you that the vinyl is immaculate and has been played only once or twice. If you are serious about obtaining a copy in such beautiful condition, this is the best you are likely to find, short of paying £500+ for a shrink-wrapped, factory sealed copy. These I understand, are somewhat hard to come by these days! :)

Condition:
Vinyl: Immaculate condition with no signs of use at all, I actually thought it was a brand new copy initially. No damage or wear to spindle hole, record is perfectly flat (no warping). No visible hairline marks or needle wear whatsoever, I have studied both sides carefully and fully stand by the above grading. It has lost none of its original lustre and still clings to the dust cover as you remove it. I've never listed a record as 'mint', but this is as close as I'm likely to get, you won't see another pristine copy like this any time soon.
Label: Original yellow and green Harvest label with no EMI logo (indicative of the very first pressing of this album), plus 'The Gramophone Co Ltd' printed around the perimeter. As bright and vibrant as the day it was purchased. No fading, rubbing or smudging of the lettering at all, perfectly clear and well defined printing. One or two barely visible spider lines around spindle hole, which are basically the only signs of use on the record overall. Again, easily near mint.
Cover: Stunning 'Garrod & Lofthouse' gatefold sleeve, fully laminated and in beautiful condition, no laminate lift at all. The EMI logo on the front has a single line surrounding the box, again indicative of the very first pressing of this release. The print on the inside gatefold is unfaded, clear, bright and again immaculate. The spine is intact and the four corners are sharp, square, with only the lightest touch of scuffing. The light corner scuffing is the only thing preventing me from grading the sleeve as near mint, and I think I'm being a little harsh even then. Check the photos and see for yourself, it is one of the finest examples you will see available on the open market.
The inner dust sleeve is the original EMI/Harvest version, a rarity in itself. The photos will show a small degree of creasing to the corners (almost impossible to avoid on such thin paper if the record is removed and repackaged even once or twice), but the printing is bold and clear, it has not seen sunlight for over 40 years, that is an absolute guarantee.
