For sale here is a VERY rare LP. released in 1970 (especially in this condition) by DEEP PURPLE called " IN ROCK " and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press EMI / HARVEST label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS EASILY ONE OF DEEP PURPLE's RAREST LP'S EVER, AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (not in this condition!!)... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB !! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) 1st PRESS SHVL 777 A-2 / SHVL 777 B-1 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS FULLY LAMINATED GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD SLEEVE - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD in SUPERB!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is SHVL 777
Labels are the sensational first press emi /harvest format , with NO emi boxed logo in near mint condition!!.With the emi / harvest logo to the left of the spindle holes of both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has only 2 or 3 very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only had 2 or 3 very careful plays !! With NO damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears, and NO sticker marks and would therefore grade as near mint condition!!!
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic. Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks NO scratches or blemishes at all!! Only 2 or 3 very tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as excellent++ condition!!
Sleeve
First issue Garrod & lofthouse fully laminated gatefold sleeve is Showing only very minor signs of storage wear at the corners and edges .But has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in excellent++condition!!! and is a Fantastic collectors item.The wide spine is perfectly straight and clearly legible. This is a fine example of this sensational emi / harvest classic .
