Your chance to own this very nice copy of a genuine 1st UK pressing of Deep Purple's 'Machine Head' LP on the Purple Records label, with earliest possible matrix numbers (A-1U / B-1U) and stampers (1 OD / 1 AD), with EXCELLENT condition heavyweight vinyl (150g!), EXCELLENT Garrod & Lofthouse laminated gatefold sleeve with date code "7204", 1st issue labels with "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." and no EMI credits, and with top audio throughout.

Vinyl: EX / EX Genuine 1st UK issue, pressed on superb 150g vinyl. Just a few very small and faint hairline marks on each side, plus a couple of other superficial marks - none of which affect the excellent audio playback. Gatefold sleeve: EX Laminated on the outside covers, smooth on the inside. Made by Garrod & Lofthouse with 1st release date code "7204" (April 1972) on the back. Some light storage wear to the corners and very light surface creases in the laminate on the front cover's bottom corners. Spine: EX Labels: EX / EX Some very small and faint spindle marks on each label, most of which are only visible when inspected under a strong light. Inners: VG+ / MINT Supplied to you with an original poly-lined plain paper inner sleeve, plus a brand new plain white paper inner with anti-static poly dust liner.
