Welcome to my auctions!

This is for: Ultra rare Deep Purple 1st lp, SHADES OF DEEP PURPLE,  original UK STEREO pressing on Yellow/Black Parlophone label, PCS 7055. This is the fantastic Deep Purple debut album, still fully psychedelic but also featuring many of the distinctive sounds that made the band great. A very sought after piece of every serious rock collector, both purple aficionados and psych collectors. This beautiful album features a couple of tributes to the "roots", with the Beatles' "Help" and Dino Valente's "Hey Joe", shortly before also played by Jimi Hendrix and here rejammed  (and signed) by the band.     

Grading:

Record: A strong VG+, Excellent, NM throughout side one, a few soft clicks (not pops) for some revolutions here and there in side 2.

Cover: Again a StrongVery Good, little general wear, the usual couple of creases in the lamination, but still intact everywhere. Two little asteriscs in marker on a back cover corner. On the whole, a very enjoyable copy af a super rare album. Don't miss it!
