Hi, and welcome to psych_out! auctions!!!

I specialize in 50's, 60's, and early 70's records of almost every genre - Psych, Prog, Psychedelic Funk, Soul, Rhythm 'n' Blues, Pop, Folk, Garage, Acid, Freakbeat, Rock, Jazz e.t.c and everything in between! I've been dealing records for years, but i'm quite new to the ebay game so i'd like to tell you all of my intentions. I travel all over the UK hunting out the VERY BEST records I can find. Obviously, 90%+ of the ones I can find are completely trashed from the hard living ways and the rock 'n' roll, drug and booze fuelled debauchery of all the wild parties of the times, but the golden 10%? I offer them to all of you serious record collectors out there!!!

I'm going to start by listing 20 LP's a week, all timed to end 10 days later. Hopefully after a while, i'll be able to step things up a gear or two in good time. I'll only ever offer THE BEST, MOST AMAZING, MOST IMPORTANT, VERY RAREST UK 1ST PRESS ORIGINAL RELEASE RECORDS I can ever possibly find!!! I won't insult you with later 2nd pressings unless they are of exceptional quality and rarity. I'm sure you love good music as much as me, especially when it's a 1st Press LP, direct from the master tape, as the musicians intended it to be heard (none of this "digitally remastered", weak reissued, remixed rubbish from hired hands with one eye on the mixing desk and the other on the clock! If these session men really knew how genius should sound, surely they would've been geniuses themselves?! There will only ever be one Hendrix, and that's just a tiny example).

I intend to become one of the best sellers on ebay and would like to thank all of you potential bidders for your support and taste in music!!! I strictly grade all LP's I list, visually and sonically using the UK RRPG standards as customer satisfaction is highly important to me, and i'll always do my very best not to let you down. Label & year : Harvest SHVL 759 , UK Original Stereo 1969 1st Press!!! NO EMI BOX ON ONLY ONE SIDE!!! A true misspressed one-off ultra rarity!!! 

Matrix's : Side A : SHVL 759 A-1 , Side B : SHVL 759 B-2.

IMPOSSIBLY RARE TRANSITIONAL PRESS!!! I've never seen one of these before!!! Most people know that this LP was first issued with no "EMI" box above the Harvest logo on the yellow labels, and a short period after the labels were changed slightly to include it, but to find a copy with only one EMI box on just one side? ABSOLUTELY UNHEARD OF!!! I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I first saw it!!! This the ONLY one i've EVER seen in my life!!! I'd bet that not even a handful of these exist, in fact, it's very possible that this copy could be the ONLY one in existence!!! A true, true once in a lifetime oppertunity for a true Deep Purple fan to get hold of this antique piece of history!!! An ULTRA rare rock relic!!!

About : Ultra rare Original 1969 UK press vinyl!!! This MASSIVELY RARE LP initially sold barely anything (LP's were also really expensive to most people back then!!!) and therefore had a very small run, and is INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND, especially in this condition!!! And that's just the standard issue!!! Surely a misprint like this will NEVER turn up again!!! AN absolute classic LP from this incredible band!!! An astonishing album that really DESERVES to be in EVERY serious 60's / 70's record collection!!! Don't miss out on this MEGA RARE LP!!! Classic UK Original mismatched labels!!!. Both sides are GREAT with NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever!!! Just has a few mild signs of age such as a few ultra light spindle marks, but that's about it!!! AWESOME for a 38 year old record!!! Both must grade overall as Excellent if not better!!!

Record : Visual - 

Spectacular Thick UK Transitional Vinyl!!! Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed!!! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks BRILLIANT with NO nasty deep scratches, and NO viscious scuffs, OR any groovewear whatsoever!!! The only blemishes are just a few ultra mild scuff marks, some ultra light hairlines, and just some of the usual ultra light, wispy sleeve traces/cleaning lines (only visible in direct angled light) from general light use and where it has sat or been removed from it's cover over the years!!! AWESOME for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall as Very Good (maybe minus) if not better!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me!!!)   Record : Audio -    Thankfully, it plays BRILLIANTLY with fantastic stereo seperation and clarity!!! It really sounds great with NO hops, distortion, sticks, or skips!!! Only (like pretty much all records) has a little static in places such as on the run in grooves, maybe the odd light click here and there and a bit of mild "bluesman's fag" static crackle in few and far between places such as between tracks and on some of the quieter sections, but it truly doesn't overshadow the music AT ALL!!! (it's more atmospheric rather than the sound of bacon frying!!!) I'd even argue it gives it added soul!!! A hugely enjoyable listen - The music is TRULY loud and clear!!! AMAZING for a record of this age and rarity!!! Must grade overall audiably as Very Good if not better!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me!!!)    Sleeve : 

Original 1969 1st press laminated gatefold sleeve complete with original harvest inner!!! Very hard to find this sleeve in ANYTHING approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP!!! This one is NOT, and still looks AMAZING, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves!!! NO graffiti, NO bad markings AT ALL, and still strong and solid after all these years!!! Only has a few signs of the usual ageing, such as creases near the seams and some half-moon creases, a touch of ringwear, general signs of age such as a little ink rubbing to parts of the unlaminated inside (no ugly coffee cup stains or anything like that), a minor split at the top of the opening, touches of wear to parts of the seams from where it has sat on the shelf over the years, some denting/rounding/ruffling to the four corners which nearly every vintage sleeve seems to get, and maybe (just to be sure!!!) one or two other ultra light signs of ageing, but NOTHING that really stands out to note!!! And that's truly about it!!! I tend to talk it down, but this is in GREAT condition for this 38 year old sleeve!!! Believe me, to find this sleeve in condition as nice as this, is TRULY hard!!! A FANTASTIC sleeve, and a TRUE rarity to find one like this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one!!! It remains strong and solid, looks BRILLIANT, and even the spine remains strong, unsplit, solid with only some laminate peeling, and 100% readable!!! Must grade overall as Very Good minus if not better!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL!!! Customer satisfaction is of 100% importance to me!!!)

Summary : An OUTSTANDING find and a great playing example of this INCREDIBLY RARE classic mispress LP!!! Seriously rare to find in any condition, but IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ONE AS AWESOME AS THIS!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THE CHANCE AGAIN, so don't miss out on this scarce opportunity to own a true piece of 60's/70's music history!!! Bid now!!!

I've realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system (occasionally with a + or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i'm having real trouble deciding!), so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100% perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional light mark and light use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps!

International buyers, postage is £7.99 for the first item, £3.00 for every item after that. Contact is expected to be made within 3 days, and payment usually expected within 7 days of the auction ending, otherwise you may lost priority over the item and it may be relisted e.t.c. UK bidders, I accept paypal or postal orders. I will reluctantly accept cheques, although they will take at least a week to clear. That is why I prefer the other methods, as it means I can get your item to you faster. International bidders, I can only accept Paypal, IMO, or Bank Transfer! Unfortunately, I can’t accept any other internet payment other than paypal.
