Deep Purple - Shades Of Deep Purple

(Parlophone PCS 7055 UK LP 1968)

 

This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve - which has a purple rear. It comes with its original company paper inner sleeve - which is in very nice condition. 

The record has yellow & black Parlophone labels. They have "The Gramophone Co..." & "Sold In UK..." texts. The 1st press matrix numbers are YEX 689-1 & YEX 690-1. The mother stampers are A 1 & H 1. A genuine UK 1st stereo pressing. These are getting very rare!

 

Sleeve: There is some light ringwear, & some mild laminate creasing to the front. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: There are some light sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and a couple of light hairline marks. There is also one longer hairline mark. VG condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild to moderate spindle wear. I have fully played this LP & it plays very well overall. There is some light crackle in a few quieter places. There are a few light clicks on one track too.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50. Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.50. Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
