DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Absolutely Superb!.....barely a sign of use...lovely and clean...laminate nice and tight...edges lovely and sharp...spine lettering nice and clear: EX+
INNER SLEEVE: Superb..pretty much as new: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a couple of wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines only visible under strong light, otherwise looks unplayed : EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO:one light surface mark on track one..not affecting plays at all and otherwise looks unplayed : EX
LABELS: Superb..as new: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
