DEL JONES "POSITIVE VIBES"
Released on HIKEKA HR-3331
This listing is for the 1997 Japanese reissue with the thick 'tip-on / paste' card sleeve. Great sounding.
The same time the Japanese CD reissue was released.
Not the later reissue with the thinner sleeve.
DEL JONES drops this heavy mid 70's funky soul jazz gem...
Featuring the cutting edge of TYRONE FISHER, SAM BROWN, DON WILSON, JOE BRYANT, HERBIE JONES, GEORGE KELLY, JOE JEFFERSON, BENNY MITCHELL .. some of the best on the scene at the time - similar to the funkier releases on BLACK JAZZ and STRATA EAST.
