• Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. In protective mylar bag. From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.

• Photos may show slight distortion from camera angle. The actual item is NOT warped or bent in any way!

• SIGHT GRADED ONLY!

• Record - FINE: Record looks great! No visible scratches, scuffing or cracks. Vinyl is shiny and black. Label is clean and may show VERY minor wear.

• Sleeve - VERY GOOD PLUS: Sleeve has light scuffing but retains gloss. Shows some ring wear. Edges are slightly ragged. Corners are very slightly bent. Writing in ink on back cover.

• Record comes in a paper inner sleeve which may or may not be the original as issued.
