Original UK stereo LP, release date 1969 on the Stax label, catalogue number: SXATS1029 Matrix nos: side1) SXATS1029A-2 side 2) SXATS1029B-1 Condition of cover/record: NEAR MINT / NEAR MINT (Grading as used by Record Collector) The laminated cover is a flipback and was printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd, England. The cover is very nearly MINT condition – there is a small section of the top flipback on the rear of the cover that has some wear – see close-up photo – which measures approx 3 inches long by about 1/8th inch wide. There are no creases, tears, rings, no wear to any of the edges, no splaying of the open edge, no writing or stickers. The spine is in perfect condition, as is the print on it. The inner sleeve is white paper. The two labels have very few light spindle marks – just 3 on side one, and 4 or 5 on side two. The record plays ALMOST WITHOUT FAULT – NO LOUD CLICKS POPS – I counted just 2 very light clicks on side one (on ‘we can love’), and 4 faint clicks on side two (two on ‘hard to say goodbye’ and two on ‘piece of my heart’), but I am being very critical here – the LP plays to NEAR-MINT quality overall. This record was cleaned and played before the auction to ensure accuracy of description. This item has no reserve on it, & is from my personal collection.
