Description

Incredibly Rare LP from the unreleased Mute 4 LP box set...”Instrumentals; Weirdo Mixes;

7” b-sides; 12” A sides”..... DMBS 1e......on Mute Records 1988....

This (“Weirdo Mixes”) is considered one of the Jewels in the Crown of Depeche Mode collectables,.....Here we have the 5 track “Weirdo Mixes” ...

The label on A side has the generic print.....(at 12 o`clock)"Test pressing"     (at 6 o`clock) "Approval required before Bulk run can be made!”.........

 These LPs were only made for band & close managment..Extremely Rare...there are no records of this LP having been individually sold in the past on the net anywhere...believe me, I’ve looked.......

Heres the strange bit, in pen it has written Dmbs 1....“e” this should signify that this is the 3rd lp “7” b sides” but is in fact the 2nd lp “Weirdo Mixes“ the matrix on a side also has hand etched “DMBS 1 e“................”pag”.....(Perhaps the engineer had a liquid lunch?)

But has already been stated, it is in fact DMBS 1 C.......

Side 2 label is plain white no info...........

Matrix reads... Hand etched “DMBS 1 f“.......”pag”.......Track listing is as follows ...LP 2...”Weirdo Mixes”

Condition...(please forgive photos, I’m not David Bailey!)Plays close to mint, no scratches. Really punchy audio

Crystal clear warm sound. There is a slight warp to the disc, not a serious one. Does not effect sound one iota! ..no quibble refund Policy.......what with the matrix mistake this is a real one of...Please view my feedback...well over 230 vinyl items sold on ebay...100% positive feedback......WILL INSIST ON INSURANCE IF RECORD REACHES CERTAIN PRICE...FOR ALL OUR SAKES !
