Description
OK, so it's 1987, my freshman year of college, and I was an avid Depeche Mode fan. Never Let Me Down Again was getting airplay and I was ready to add Music for the Masses to my collection. CDs were the new thing but I got to the record store late on the first day of release and they were sold out. Bummed, I bought the vinyl instead. I played it a couple times, then dubbed it to a cassette for my Walkman. About a week later the record store got restocked with CDs. I got mine and then put the vinyl away...for the next 33 years.
My wife (who I wouldn't meet until my junior year) and I are starting to downsize our stuff in preparation for eventual retirement. Seeing as we no longer own a record player - and don't intend to buy one - it's time to find this album a new home.
Photos are my own so you can see exactly what you're getting. The cover is like new and the sleeve has some very mild wear from the few times it was taken in and out for playing.
