Description
This is Depeche Mode’s vinyl album “Violator”. This is an original 1990 1st UK press with Cat. No: Stumm 64 and matrices:
STUMM 64 A1 P3 PR-P
STUMM 64 B1 P3 PR-P
The vinyl is in at least EX+ condition with absolutely minimal and minor signs of previously play - it looks to have been played very little. The labels are undamaged and show no signs of trail marks from spindle use. Both sides played through perfectly with no jumps or clicks. There was a little crackle between tracks but this was minor and sound quality was excellent throughout.
The outer sleeve is VG+ with no major damage. There is a seam tear on the bottom edge and some creasing and ringmarks from use and storage - please see our photos. Overall it is strong and intact and holds the album perfectly.
The inner sleeve has a neat bottom edge seam tear and very light ringmarks from storage but is overall VG+.
I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.
The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
