VINYL is VG
Full gloss vinyl plays extremely well, VG+ to EX+ throughout. Several surface scuffs and a few scratches that mostly do not affect play. Some light background tics can be heard in parts. No skips, distortion or loud pops. Labels are bright and clean with some spindle marks.

COVER is NM-
Super clean, vivid, snapping bright cover has no wear, writing or soil. Small area of minor bumping to middle of opening edge and bottom seam. No splits; seams are very solid all the way around.

Southern backwoods Law Man ...er, Dawg.

6 stories from the soundtrack of the TV cartoon series, in fact 6 of the first 7 episodes, that aired in September of 1960. Deputy Dawg, Muskie Muskrat, Vincent Van Gopher, Mischa Space Mouse and other varmint buddies of D.D. all in the original voices, featuring Dayton Allen as the voice of Deputy Dawg. Woven together by (unnamed) narrator and zany original soundtrack music by Phil Scheib.

Plenty of batty sound effects, great for sampling.

This was 1960, and the whacko backwoods, redneck stereotyped characterizations and depictions in these cartoon soundtracks would never fly in today's PC culture. Pretty wild stuff.

The show was the professional animation debut of Ralph Bakshi,
and this is said to be his first LP cover. This one is in superb, frameable
condition, the likes of which rarely come along, particularly since on the
back cover, kids are encouraged to "get out your crayons" and color in
the characters.

LP housed in protective poly outer sleeve.

All records packed with vinyl (inside inner sleeve) behind cover - and shipped in strong LP mailer boxes with bubble-wrap around all sides - sandwiched between stiff corrugated flats for best protection in the mail.

Please be aware that these important supplies add to my shipping costs - of which only a very small amount is added into the shipping charge.
