DESCRIPTION
Neil Landon / Peter French / Marti Webb / Ian Cussick - “Der Führer Rock Opera” EMI Odeon Records (Germany) 1C 188-32 508/09 (Stereo) from 1977. Interesting Original Cast Soundtrack from the German Rock Opera “Der Führer". Music Composed by Lothar Siems and Walter Quintus, Lyrics by Gisela Siems. The Main Characters Singing parts are by Neil Landon (Adolph Hitler), Peter French (Joseph Goebbels), Marti Webb (Eva Braun) and Ian Cussick with multiple parts along with several others in more minor parts plus the Kodalis Choir and Backstreat Choir. Musicians include Herb Geller (!), Karl Allaut, Benny Bendorf, Berte Englels, Jean Jacques Kravetz, Adrian Askew, Okko Bekker and Bob Lanese. Gatefold Cover with Lyric and Picture Inner Sleeves. On Blue EMI Odeon Stereo Labels.
CONDITION
The Gatefold Sleeve is in it’s Original Shrink Wrap and in very nice shape. There is a very slight bit of wear along the opening edge and on the lower corners - very minor. There is a very small promo cut-out marking on the upper spine, almost invisible. Otherwise, super clean & solid with no writing, tears, splits, stains, etc. and I would easily rate it as Near Mint. The Vinyl itself is in Pristine, Glossy condition looking to have been barely played - in fact I would probably say very likely Unplayed. If you look really closely you might be able to spot a light sleeve scuff or two but really close to New condition and should still easily rate Near Mint. The Lyric / Picture Inner Sleeves are Near Mint as are the Labels.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
