Two sessions, two lps: “Detail” is Johnny Mbizo Dyani, bass; Frode Gjerstad, tenor sax; John Stevens, drums, recorded live at the Hennie-Onstad Art Centre, Oslo, March 2, 1986. The “Detail Plus” session, recorded July 1, 1986 in London, adds Bobby Bradford, cornet; Harry Beckett, trumpet; Courtney Pine, tenor, flute and bass clarinet.
Condition of LPs is NEAR MINT [virtually unplayed]; condition of cover is EXCELLENT-to-NEAR MINT [extremely light ringwear, front cover].
This recording has NEVER been issued on CD!
