AWESOME LONG HAIRED hard rock from - funnily enough - Detroit featuring local legend Mitch Ryder on lead vocals and famed guitarist Steve Hunter. The music is high octane rock with killer guitar and a bunch of great songs including 'Rock 'N' Roll' by Lou Reed and 'It Ain't Easy' by Ray Davies. Production is handled by non other than Bob Ezrin who would go on to fame working with Kiss and Pink Floyd among many others.

This is a rare original UK pressing with a fantastic laminated cover.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Pressing: Paramount, UK, 1971

Vinyl: Superb clean and shiny condition. Displays a few spindle marks on labels but no other signs of any use. Grades as top MINT-!

Cover: Only light signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated laminated cover with flip backs. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, light ring wear, to rear unlaminated panel, no split seams and no creases. Spine is perfectly straight, stiff and square. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 50 years after release. Grades as a very nice Ex+
