Description

This 3-LP set is pressed on hefty 180-gram black vinyl and in addition to a full booklet of photos and writing, contains two full records' worth of non-album alternate takes and live performances. All of this - the original album and the rare/alternate tracks - has been remastered beautifully at Abbey Road Studios.


Irish cult rock star Rory Gallagher's second album, DEUCE from November 1971 took fans in a direction which many had never conceived and this album celebrates that record's 50th Anniversary with triple the music, a photo book, and beautiful triple gatefold. Imported from Europe.


His bluesy song-structure evolved remarkably into an organic, almost virtuoso guitar songwriting which would go on to inspire hundreds of young folks who'd picked up electric guitar after its popularity skyrocked in the late '60s.
