SKS 6003 on Super K label. 1968 USA issued DEVILED HAM album "I Had Too Much To Dream Last Night".
The back of the cover states "DISC JOCKEY COPY NOT FOR SALE".

This terrific album is in superb excellent condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has just a handful of the very faintest lightest wispy hairline marks that are visible under strong light. There are no scratches. The labels show no spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks.
The card cover is in very good condition. One small 2 centimetre seam split to the top right edge, a 5 centimetre seam split to the middle of the bottom edge. Lovely spine with no crushing. Lovely opening edges with no fraying. Some rubbing.
Great album.
