Description
For consideration, a very nice piece from Bill Ballance (an LA area DJ who was most famous for selling nude pictures of Dr. Laura to an internet company). This record looks unplayed. I have not cleaned it. I would rate it at NM- with clean labels, except side A shows two small parallel lines near the spindle hole. These are wider, than what a spindle would normally make to a label. Not deep & not significant. Original wax liner has a couple slight splits to top & bottom, just near opening edge. Cover is pretty nice, but shows a little chipping to spine lower 3". Also has a 1" split to top edge nearest opening. There is slight wear to top edge center, that just looks fuzzy. Writing to front Bill Balance mis-spelled, in black ink. Back side has a record show sticker, small, (Ballance N' Records), & a distributor ink stamp to top area. The Ballance N' Records was a show in Denver on KOA in the late 50's before he moved to LA. In LA he started with KFWB, then in the 70's he started & created the "Feminine Forum" radio show.
Enough of the history of Bill Ballance, this is a very nice record that has not seen very much play, if any.This is a rare record in great shape. Buyer to pay $4 media mail shipping to USA.
