DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : some wear around the edges and a small tear on the rear, otherwise fine..laminate tight...nice and clean..Spine lettering mainly clear: VG
VINYL: Beautiful!…looks unplayed...lovely surface sheen: EX+
LABELS: Both Superb..no spidering visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
