ATTENTION, NORMALLY I WOULD NOT OFFER SUCH A WRECK OF A COVER OR LP, BUT I HAVE A SCHUBERT ARPEGGIONE THEME RUNNING TONIGHT, AND POPSIKE VALUATION GUIDE ONLY HAS LESS THAN 20 HISTORICAL SALES OF THIS ORIGINAL 1958 COVER DESIGN, SO READ CAREFULLY AND FULLY BEFORE YOU BID!!!!  MORE IMPORTANTLY, LISTEN TO ALL OF THE SOUND SAMPLE SO YOU KNOW HOW SCRATCHY THIS REALLY SOUNDS, NO NEEDLE SKIPS BUT CONSTANT NOISE

SOUND Sample is of  about 7 minutes 22 seconds total. 4 minutes 39 seconds of  side 1 followed by side 2 at 4 minutes 52 seconds, after a short silence while I flip the disc. Side two is  FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 7 MINUTE 22 sec SAMPLE  Opening edGe run in played as the most likely area to recieve needle drop or scuffing damage.  (and we sure got a fair share of THAT Scuffing damage me thinks)

CONDITION SUMMARY  (ATTENTION!  THIS IS NOT A KEEPER!!)

POOR COVER/ VG MINUS  LP

DEC 1958 COVER (DESIGN CHANGED IN 1960?) HAS SPLINE TOTALLY SPLIT, BELEIVE ME THIS IS 'STUFFED'  EDGE SCUFFS, TOP AND BOTTOM EDGE IS NOT SPLIT, BUT TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THAT BOTTOM RIGHT FRONT CORNER bend AND SURFACE SCUFF, AND ONLY VERY LIGHT RING WEAR.!!!!!

LP FULLY TEST PLAYED,  HAS LOTS OF PAPER SCUFFS,  LIGHT   SCRATCHES,  AND THATS CHECKED IN SUNLIGHT, The inner sleeve is PAPER LINED PLASTIC i THINK NON ORIGINAL, JUST YELLOWED AND CORNER FOLD FOR INSERTION PURPOSESno damage. (Photo 3 TO 7 in supersize may give you an indication of the SCUFFS  

AS YOU CAN HEAR FROM  THE SOUND SAMPLE OF THE RECORD, there are CONSTANT BACKGROUND STATIC, MOST OF IT IS SURPRISINGLY NON REPETETIVE (IN THE SAME SPOT OF EACH REVOLUTION),  all plays as same quality as this sample , YES ITS THIS LOUD ALMOST ALL THE WAY THROUGH As you can hear,  very ROUGH , the rest plays no worse than this.

This sound sample at a low resolution (192kbps) and full tone especially on computer speakers will not show, this is only to give an idea of how clean this record is, and even then there are some static crackles that you can hear due to the treble bias of the sample, that DO NOT sound on MY sound system.
