Deutsche Grammophon Records digital stereo two disc boxed set, 419 211-1. 

Leonard Bernstein conducts the New York Philharmonic in the Mahler Symphony #7.  Live recording.  See pics for program details.

This is the original issue from 1986. not a reissue.  These late Bernstein Mahler symphonies were among the last vinyl records that DGG produced (until recently, of course), and they were pressed in small numbers and are hard to find.  They did not even print an LP-sized booklet.  They came with the CD booklet (see pics).
