You are bidding on a *RARE* original 12" vinyl LP of
'The Sporting Life' by DIAMANDA GALAS with JOHN PAUL JONES, 1994, Mute records STUMM127
Record/Sleeve NM/NM - carefully stored in a smoke and pet free home, record retains new-like sheen and plays perfectly. I managed to find one featherlight mark which is not audible and very hard to spot even under sunlight. Fantastic condition for this 28 year old album.
Sleeve is NM and picture/lyrics inner sleeve included, all original.
A super scarce classic that pairs up Galas (voice etc) with former Led Zeppelin bassist and arranger John Paul Jones (bass guitar etc) plus Elvis Costello's (then) drummer to explosive effect. Total rock solid bass grooves from Jones underpinning all the fireworks. This record goes to places, and then some. A great copy of this landmark record, on super warm and fat sounding 1994 original vinyl. Add it to your collection.
