DIANA ROSS TOUCH DISCO 12" SINGLE ACETATE SET supremes
Diana Ross - Touch By Touch (Sterling Sound) Mega rare 1984 set of three metal acetates of 12" singles.
This set contains two vocal versions of the song (each over FIVE minutes long) and four instrumental versions (see photos for complete times).
As far as we know, only three of these six versions of the song have ever been released.
There is a four-minute version on Diana's "Swept Away" LP.
Apparently, this is a disco version set that was prepared for either internal use or as promotional set of 12" singles.
Acetates are in nice condition (VG+) and include the original generic Sterling Sound box which has a title sticker attached on front (two 3" seam splits) (VG condition).
Sterling Sound is the mastering studio in New York where this acetate set was manufactured.
Acetates are extremely rare. They are made for testing purposes only, usually in quantities of 1 to 10!
