Description

This is an AMAZING AND RARE FIND of Richard Strauss' Opera "Die Frau Ohne Schatten", or, in English, "The Woman Without A Shadow". This 5 LP box set is in supreme condition, with the original libretto booklet with synopsis from 1943! This was released at the height of World War 2, and also enclosed in this outstanding box set are original newspaper clippings reviewing this opera from 1959, 1976, and original program from an unknown year. This is not only rare, but a one of a kind set with all the trimmings. Must own for opera lovers! Please see all photos before bidding, and thank you for looking!
