Description
Here I have for sale the German import double album soundtrack to the film 'Diner' (1982, dir. Barry Levinson). Features a compilation of 20 rock 'n' roll hits from 1959. Brilliant stuff.
This comedy-drama (Levinson's directorial debut) starred Steve Guttenberg, Daniel Stern, Mickey Rourke, Kevin Bacon, Tim Daly and Ellen Barkin.

Condition
Vinyls: EX-NM. Both records superbly clean on visual inspection. No obvious signs of marks, scuffs or scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is excellent. Very crisp. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. A fantastic listening experience.
Outer Sleeve/Cover: G-VG. Colours are bright, unfaded and clean. Wonderful gloss sheen to both sides. Thick sleeve to accommodate double vinyl. Suffered some damage due in part to weight of the double discs. Corners badly scuffed, especially aperture corners. Spine shows some creasing damage but is readable and clean overall. Top and bottom edges shows some scuffing, mainly towards corners. Aperture shows some nicks and light wear but is generally in good shape. Light creases in from all edges and disc outline present. Some light dents across surface. Reverse has similar dents and scuffs as well as short creasing in from edges. Overall a decent example.
Inner sleeves: EX. Original. Plastic-lined white paper with central hole. Slight crimping and the odd creases but clean and intact.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
