Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1961 pressing of the Alone with Dion LP on Laurie LLP-2004. Complete copy with the wallet photos still attached on the inside of the gatefold cover and the Laurie inner sleeve. The disc is just beautiful and plays just about flawlessly and quite beautifully. There are some of those superficial spots that sometimes come from the acid in the paper sleeve, but they are not at all damage or wear and dont have any affect on the sound. Barely noticeable anyway. Aside from that maybe a couple of superficial scuffs but barely at all. Really this copy is just gorgeously clean and plays near perfectly. It should be graded at EX but I’m being conservative. The cover is lovely as well, with a promo drill hole at the lower left, and only the slightest wear at all. Really shiny and crisp, with no seam splits and no corner wear or edge wear at all. A very very faint ring is just appearing and there are a couple of small spots where the lamination is lifting just a tiny bit, but it is not torn anywhere. Really a top, top copy all around. Very hard to beat this one.
