DION & THE BELMONTS – I Wonder Why/Teen Angel * ORIG London 45 * 45-HLH 8646 (UK, 1958)

Happy to present this original tri-centred landmark UK debut from 1958. How sweet this still sounds as it passes its 54th birthday!

The labels are in fine shape, no writing, scrapes or tears.  No real wear around the centre hole and all print still vivid and sharp.

The vinyl, in broad daylight, shows small, faint and fine marks but nothing big, deep, intrusive or ugly.  Visually grades a true VG (Very Good).  BOTH SIDES HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY LISTENED TO and I’m happy to report that it really does play like a dream. Silent run-ins, no snap, crackle or pop and no distortion or loss of clarity.  Play grade far exceeds the visual one (EX+) and sounds so, so sweet.  Your money back if you don’t agree!
