This great direct disc album made it on to The Absolute Sound's list of must have recordings, and for good reason. It is titled "Pavane Pour Une Infante Defunte." by The LA 4 (East Wind Records EW-10003). This direct disc recording from 1976 is extremely dynamic, and features some of the best jazz musicians of the day. The all-star cast of The LA 4 consists of Bud Shank, Laurindo Almeida, Ray Brown, and Shelly Mann. You couldn't ask for any better! There are no marks, scratches or signs of play on the vinyl. Each label has a "Last" sticker on it. The gatefold jacket is in nice condition with no splits or tears. There is a sticker on the front promoting the fact that this album was imported by Nautilus Records.
