Booming big beat backing, churning swirling hypnotic organ, twanging fuzzed blues guitar & gritty howling harmonica from Rod Piazza & company add up to a stone cold crucial spin. Traditional electric blues arrangements with a tripped out & stoner jamming vibe on "What Is Soul Baby" and echoey hazy "Checking Up On My Baby" plus an absolutely haunting version of "Born Under A Bad Sign."
