Brand new with perfect seal. Note when you zoom in on some of the photos it looks like there is some damage to the corners. As a collector I can assure you there is no damage its just the light on the seal. The sleeve is perfect and will be shipped in a quality shipper to ensure it stays like that.
Check out my feedback that confirms my descriptions, communication, packaging and speed of delivery are always perfect.
