On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Doctor Strangely Strange called "Heavy Petting" and is an ORIGINAL 1970 UK pressing!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK Vertigo 1970 Stereo pressing, and is in STUNNING condition!!!! IT IS VERY VERY HARD TO FIND THIS LP!!!! IT HAS ONE OF THE WEAKEST COVERS IN LP HISTORY AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND IN THIS SORT OF CONDTION!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! The record is pressed on quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 6360 009 on the ORIGINAL SPIRAL Vertigo label (see picture) and is a Stereo pressing!!!! It is very VERY rare to find any ORIGINAL copies of this LP. They rarely, if ever turn up at all - let alone in this condition!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Doctor Strangely Strange at their best!!!! Any fan of Doctor Strangely Strange, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!! The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! One side of the label even has a 'Factory Sample' sticker on one side - making it even RARER!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition for its age. Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines and only a couple of small scuff marks!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THIS RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! AWESOME!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO distortion, NO jumps, NO sticks, and NO crackle!!!! However the record does have 3/4 small scuff marks on one side - but ONLY one causes 2/3 pops on one track. The others do NOT sound. It is a shame as it spoils an otherwise PERFECT record. HOWEVER DO NOT DISCOUNT THIS RECORD!!!! IT IS ONLY A VERY MINOR BLEMISH TO AN OTHERWISE PERFECT RECORD!!!! The whole LP apart from these couple of pops plays PERFECTLY with NO crackle and NO other clicks or pops!!!! THIS RECORD IS SO RARE - that this will still be one of the best copies of this record that will appear this year!!!! This is how I FOUND the record, and I have NOT used any nasty chemicals, or buffing machines to make it look better - it GENIUNELY is this STUNNING!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade visually Very Good++++ with the playing Excellent(Minus)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record still has its ORIGINAL SPIRAL inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The MEGA RARE Gatefold Fold-out Cover is in STUNNING condition and has NO edgewear, NO splits, only VERY slight corner wear (not through the colour), NO spinal wear, NO ringwear, a few light creases, and NO writing!!!! It is great to find that there is NO general wear AT ALL and this is something that is very VERY rare to find on this type of cover!!!! AWESOME!!!! The only other faults to note on the cover is a VERY small crease line half way up one of the 'bushes' on the right (NOT a tear or a rip), and some VERY slight 'roughening' to the bottom edges - but this is NOT through the colour AT ALL. The cover really is in FANTASTIC condition and you will struggle to EVER find better!!!! It is famously one of the weakest and most fragile covers in music history and it is AMAZING to find this one is STUNNING condition for its age - with NO rips, NO splits and NO tears!!!! It even has the ORIGINAL record shop sticker still on the cover where it was bought from!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE LP by Doctor Strangley Strange in this sort of condition!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL COPY OF "HEAVY PETTING" BY DOCTOR STRANGLEY STRANGE, IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!
