Description
Up for auction is a copy of The Fireside EP by Dolly Mixture, released in 1984 on Cordelia cat no ERICAT 017. A huge departure from their upbeat pop sides (but just as good as them), this EP consists of 6 reflective pastoral cuts, in a similar mode to Virginia Astley. Titles include Three O’Clock Rhapsody, Welcome Home, Borinda’s Lament…you get the idea. Wonderful stuff.
Condition: a-side is problem-free. The flip-side, however, has a mark across the first two titles which looks pretty ugly, but which can’t be felt or heard. Cover has some spots of mould/damp but is otherwise fine. This copy comes with an insert, though I'm afraid it's just a photocopy. If it weren’t for that mark, this would be a VG+-to-EX copy, but…sigh… VG all round, I guess.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from b).uyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
