DOLLY PARTON in 1957 recorded her 1st Record and Song PUPPY LOVE at AGE 11 and it was released in 1959.
The Record is the 1st Pressing and an ORIGINGAL AUTOGRAPH.
45 VINYL RECORD
The 45 Record is the first pressing -- see below Goldband Records. It is the 1086 when you look at the run off grooves, the smooth part around the outside of the labels. And, then one side has A for side A and another B.
Since I have met Dolly about 10 times, and I help with her foundation and a few other things, attached photos of her and I -- and so, I had her sign a few things -- including the Cover Sleeve for the Collectors EDITION of Puppy Love which has like a cream color and not maroon on the record -- it is Dolly's original autograph by hand and pen -- but it is NOT the blank goldband records sleeve that came with Puppy Love back in 1959 when it was released and recorded in 1957. I thought it would be nice to add, to this. All ebay sales benefit the nonprofit I run, Global Youth Justice, Inc. which is 2,200 local Teen Court Diversion Programs anyway.
This is a NEAR MINT Original Released 45-Record of Dolly Parton's 1957 HISTORIC 1st Recording PUPPY LOVE at Age 11 with her REAL Autograph. Included is the Near Mint Record, Real hand autographed Cover Sleeve (PLEASE NOTE - THE COVER SLEEVE IS NOT THE ORGINIAL AS GOLDBAND RECORDS HAD A STANDARD ONE THEY USE WITH ONLY THE NAME. THIS COVER SLEEVE AS FROM A REISSUE.
PLEASE NOTE THE Original Signed Photo IS the Original 8 x 10 Photo of Dolly Released by Goldband Records given to customers who bought the record ONLY from the Studio Record Store in Lake Charles, Louisiana where Gold Band Records was located.
This VERY RARE Original Recording of Dolly's Parton's 1st Single was Recorded by her at Age 11 on a Small Louisiana Label called Goldband Records in 1957 and was released on April 20, 1959. The 11-year-old co-wrote the A-side with her uncle, Bill Owens, and the B-side with Bill and her aunt, Dorothy Jo Owens Hope.
There were several re-issues after -- THIS IS NOT -- THS IS THE ORIGINAL RELEASE IN 1959
