Description
TITLE: Basically Bagley
ARTIST: Don Bagley, Jimmy Rowles, Shelley Manne
LABEL / YEAR: DOT DLP 3070, American pressing, 1950's?
REMARKS: great jazz record
CONDITION OF VINYL: Near Mint, deep sheen, played only once or twice by the look of it. Album plays excellently with only very occasional, very light bit of surface noise here or there (inevitable given the very quiet, sparse music).
CONDITION OF COVER: 8/10, excellent save for inch of paper-fray at top of spine, slight crease at bottom right corner, and some very light discoloration on back. No split-seams or ringwear.
GRADING: Records and covers are graded to Goldmine Standards to the best of my ability (covers are graded on a scale of one to ten: ten = perfect, one = most hideous piece of junk you could imagine). I do a very quick play grade for each record but do not listen to the item straight through. I simply try to listen for noise in the quiet spots and where flaws appear visible. I check for any warps that affect play.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS: Buyer pays for the exact shipping charges. Sometime after auction close I will give you the cost of surface mail or air mail for your item – you choose. Insurance or tracking number are available but do add to the cost of shipping – ask beforehand. Please note that any items lost in the mail are not my responsibility, so a tracking number is recommended for expensive items. I will combine shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS: The price often depends on whether the item is over or under 500 grams – a single packaged LP record hovers right around that weight, and so the final cost is difficult to predict until the item is ready to be sent (and they are not ready to be sent until after auctions end, sorry). These are the current Canada Post rates in CANADIAN DOLLARS (prices will be slightly cheaper in US funds):

PACKAGING: Please be assured that I package all records extremely well in stiff cardboard – you will NEVER get a record sent to you in a flimsy envelope or silly bubble wrap. If a record looks like it needs protection from possible seam splits, I will mail the disc outside the sleeve. I collect records also, so all items are sent the way I would want to receive them.
