Don Carlos Y Su Orchestra - Crazy Latin (UK - Columbia Stereo SCX3314 - 1960) Vg+ / Ex (cover graded first)
Lovely condition copy of the scarce stereo issue of this great UK Latin Jazz album. Arrangements by Kenny Graham who also contributed 5 original compositions. Recorded at Denis Preston's Lansdowne Studios the amazing band includes Joe Harriott on alto sax, Bert Courtley and Bobby Pratt on trumpets, Hank Stamps (ex-Billy May band) on trombone and the legendary Phil Seamen on drums.
Laminated front cover is clean and shiny with some very light rubbing, but no creases at all. There is some slight laminate lifting on the opening edge, but this does not spoil the over all look (see images). 'flipback' type rear sleeve is clean and uncreased with some very light rubbing, but this does not spoil the over all look (see images). No creases or tears. Spine is clean and undamaged. 'Emitex' inner sleeve is clean with no splits or creases. Pale blue and silver Columbia 'stereophonic' labels are clean and unworn with just a couple of very faint spindle traces. Vinyl is clean and shiny with a couple of very light surface marks, but these do not affect the sound quality in any way.
The record will be sent in a strong plastic cover with the disc removed to avoid seam splits shipping. It will be packed in a strong cardboard mailer with extra cardboard either side for added protection. Bid with confidence !.
