Absolutely beautiful copy of the rare original 1962 first pressing of Don Wilkerson’s Preach Brother! LP on Blue Note stereo BST-84107. Original New York labels with the deep groove, and the “earmark” and Rudy Van Gelder’s stamp in the runoffs. Classic soul/gospel jazz featuring the great Grant Green on guitar. The disc is simply stunning and plays pretty much flawlessly and just beautifully. A few light signs of gentle use but barely at all. The cover has a split at the center of the spine but no further edge splitting. A bit of light ringwear and some light signs of use and age but really quite clean. Only a tiny bit of wear on the corners, but barely. Aside from the spine it is a really clean cover. The original Blue Note inner sleeve is also included. This is truly a top, lovely original copy, very hard indeed to beat.
