This one is a first mono and deep-grooved pressing of Donald Byrd's BYRD IN HAND. Blue Note Records BLP-4019.  This is an original issue from Blue Note Records, not a reissue version of Classic Records or Analog Production.  Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder, in 1959, with "RVG" and "EAR" stamped on the dead wax of both sides.   Address on labels: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 47 WEST 63rd., NYC".  The cover is the 1st version laminated cover with "New York 23" address on the back cover.


The vinyl plays VG on both sides. Play smooth with Blue Note fidelity with pops and tics on several occasions.

The cover is VG+


The record is play graded. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. 


My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied.  And I will accept a free return.  Please bid with confidence.
