Cover's actually in really good shape (see scan) with the (white) back cover looking kind of "dirty" from age; all the wear is on the edges and mostly at the corners, especially at lower right about 3/4", but the spine is good and very readable. It's nicer than I'm making it sound if you're holding it in your hands; I'm just trying to be thorough.

LP is on nice, thick "deep groove" vinyl and in good shape, not anywhere near mint, but sounds real good to me.
