Description

Recorded in February and March, 1957 in NYC. This is an original 1957 Columbia CL 1038 first mono US pressing featuring The Jazz Lab Quintet with Jackie Paris. Photos show the condition and details of the actual items.

Album Description

·      VINYL- VG++: Album has been played several times. A listening test revealed accurate sound, no surface noise or distortion and no tracking error. A visual review of both sides shows no scuffs, scratches or warping. Side A: XLP39865-1A and Side B: XLP39866-1C in runout. Vinyl is cleaned using a VPI cleaning machine before shipping. Any spindle wear occurred during the cleaning process.

·      RECORD LABELS: Deep groove, 6-eye Columbia logo on red label.

·      COVER- VG: Front and back covers show some age wear. There are no marks, writing or edge tears. There is clear tape along the top right.

·      INNER SLEEVE: Original printed paper sleeve.
