New/ sealed copy, incredibly rare, one of a kind. Jacket has minor wear and creases. Vinyl is presumed perfect. 

This is sold as a sealed item. Returns are not accepted if item is opened or altered. The vinyl is presumed like new and shows no signs of defects. 

The album comes from the estate of a former 80s record store owner in Yakima, WA. I inspected thousands of records from this collection and they were well cared for / without issues.
