On offer here is a very rare Double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Donovan called 'H.M.S. Donovan' and is a 1971 UK Stereo 1st pressing on the 1st Press Dawn label!!!! THIS DOUBLE LP IS EXTREMELY RARE TO LOCATE AND IS EASILY DONOVANS RAREST LP!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS ONE SO SPECIAL IS THAT IT STILL HAS ITS ORIGINAL MEGA RARE 'FOLD-OUT' POSTER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY HARD TO FIND WITH ITS ORIGINAL POSTER!!!!  ONLY A VERY FEW OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS HAD A POSTER (MOST DID NOT) AND THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RARE INDEED!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1971 1ST STEREO PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS ORANGE DAWN LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES, MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS 'FOLD-OUT' POSTER, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE WITH POSTER - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Dawn UK Stereo 1st Pressing from 1971 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is DNLD 4001 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Orange Dawn labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Donovan at his best!!!!  Any fan of Donovan, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and Record 1 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, a VERY few MEGA light surface marks (only visible under light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! Record 1 must grade visually Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Record 2 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 TINY light NON sounding scufflines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light NON sounding surface marks, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  Record 2 must grade visually Very Good++++ if not better!!!! BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY (if not better) as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  There is virtually ZERO surface noise either - with Record 2 having NO surface noise AT ALL, and Record 1 only having the VERY slightest low level touch in a few places (MEGA low level)!!!!  There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!!  The records overall must visually grade Very Good++ if not better - with the playing grade better still!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also come in their ORIGINAL inner sleeves!!!!  THE MEGA RARE FOLD OUT POSTER IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION (see picture)!!!!  It has NO rips, NO tears, NO stains, NO writing, NO splits, NO tape marks, and only 2 TINY pinholes in 2 corners!!!!  THIS MEGA RARE POSTER IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!!  The 1st Press Gatefold Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, STUNNING vivid unfaded colour, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY creases AT ALL (Cover is AMAZINGLY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!!  This cover is virtually PERFECT - with only a small sticker removal mark (NOT a big sticker tear - more like a VERY small 'rub' type mark) in the top right corner.  The cover must grade Excellent (Minus) if not better (without the small sticker rub it would be MUCH higher)!!!! THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WITH ITS MEGA RARE POSTER - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
