Description

This is a rare, Japanese-import copy the Door's third full-length LP "Waiting for the Sun" released on Elektra Records (SJET-8075 -- USA catalog number EKS-74024) in 1968. This copy has the rare Elektra BLUE LABELS on the records, and they feature the folk-singer logo (second of Elektra's logos, used from approximately the mid 1950s to mid 60s--see pic). The original Japanese paper wrap is still with the record, as is the plastic sleeve. The inside of the gatefold jacket features a glued-in paper insert with lyrics.

The vinyl is in VG++ condition. The jacket is in beautiful shape, with only minor wear on the corners--no circle wear/staining/splits/discoloration. "Hunter" is written in black permanent ink in the lower right-hand corner. BEAUTIFUL OVERALL SHAPE!
