Description

Original first pressing copy of Johnny Otis (& Jayos) LP issued on Dig 104 in 1957 The Jayos were a 'Super Group' from Los Angeles whose  members included Arthur Lee Maye, Richard Berry,  Mel Williams, and Jessie Belvin This LP features ten (10) cover versions of 1950's R&B  vocal group hits and two (2) Johnny Otis recordings Cover (thick cardboard) has all three seams taped neatly  with clear scotch tape Front cover has wear (resulting in white vice gold coloring)  throughout and no stickers/tears/writing Back cover has overall wear, '# 63' written with black magic  marker, and a rectangular black marking in upper right corner Vinyl (thick wax) with light pink labels (clean without markings) is VG+ to VG++ on both sides Combined shipping on multiple orders
